Applications are invited for admission to the following programmes under Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) during 2013-14

MBA (Master of Business Administration), MBA (self supportive), MBA (Executive), MCA (Aided), MCA(self supportive), M.Ed (Master of Education), MLIS (Master of Library and Information Science)

M.Phil (Full Time): Applied Geology, Commerce, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Tamil, Biochemistry, Computer Science, Economics, Food Science and Nutrition, Management Studies, Education, English, Biotechnology, Journalism and Mass Communication, Microbiology, Psychology, Sociology, Physical Education

Certificate Courses: Communication Excellence, Counseling Psychology, NGO Management for Social Development, Nanoscience and Nanotechnology

Application Form: Application form and prospectus can be obtained from the Registrar, Periyar University, Periyar Palkalai Nagar, Salem-636011

Application cost Rs 300/- (free cost for SC/ST/DA) for all PG/M.Phil courses; Rs 500/- (free cost for SC/ST/DA) for MBA/MCA/M.Ed; Rs 100/- (free cost for SC/ST/DA) for Certificate Courses

Application can be obtained by submitting demand draft drawn in any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Registrar, Periyar University payable at Salem

A self address stamped envelope for Rs 10/- of size 28cm x 13cm has to be enclosed to get the application by post

Separate request has to be made for each programme

The envelope requesting application form may be super scribed request for application form

Application form and prospectus can also be downloaded from the website www.periyaruniversity.ac.in

Send filled in application form (A4 size sheet) along with demand draft for prescribed fee and attested copies of necessary certificates

Applications and prospectus can be obtained from the office of the Registrar from 12th April, 2013onwards

Last date for submission of filled in application form for all PG courses 15 days from the publication of Periyar University UG results; for M.Phil courses 15 days from the publication of Periyar University PG results; for MBA/MCA 10 days from the publication of TANCET results
